Introducing Our New Client Care Suite

In response to COVID and the disruption of life as we know it, I was gifted the opportunity to re-evaluate the growing needs of my client and the greater desire to serve more deeply and create more consistent support.

Making the decision to close my in-person practice for the time being was tough. Since 2017 I have worked with over 3000 clients between my practices in Byron Bay and Melbourne, and so choosing safety over face to face connection weighed deeply on my heart.

Why Cultivate Wholeness?

When cultivating wholeness, the focus is to harmonise the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of Being.

Soon after my Awakening in 2017, I quickly came to understand the principle of Wholeness as an energetic and symbiotic potential that nurtures all states of living and Being inclusively.

In this article, I have chosen to illuminate Wholeness as an integral part of well-being. When we can develop an awareness of Self as well as the world around us, we achieve balance and are able to influence our own highest potential on all levels.

Wholeness is an integration of our higher aspects, perspective and our truth. An embodiment of consciousness, which sees all sides of a matter from a place of neutrality, and gently invites us to take responsibility of our inner programming. Wholeness activates our ability to change our forward momentum by exploring the motivation behind every choice we make and the behaviours we default to at partiucular times.

5 Steps to Neutralise Overwhelm

In 2020 the world came to a global standstill with COVID-19. Adding additional challenges to our every day lives; from the way we live, work, socialise, travel and even the way in which we perceive the world for the future has all dramatically changed. The behaviours we have adapted to connect, show love and to survive becoming threats themselves.


It is a natural response to feel disheartened, fearful and confused about the future, both as a wider community and within ourselves. The growing or weary frustration as our freedoms are challenged by a powerful and devastating Unseen seems to have fueled the wrangling with what daily life is supposed to look like now. Overwhelm has become a more potent guest in our lives - and it is important to remember that no matter what the trigger, or how inescapable things feel, overwhelm is not insurmountable.
