I have been very fortunate in my Healing journey so far, to have observed and facilitated the healing process for now hundreds of clients. And what I have found along the way, is that no two circumstamces are the same. Often, I am asked to provide a client with expected outcomes and assurances of the healing that will take place; fixing a knee, or eliminating an addiction, for example. But since the start of my Awakening, I have known only one thing for certain - I am a conduit for the Healing energy; a Seer and facilitator of healing outcomes of the mind, body and spirit.
Outcomes for most clients are immediate, and some occur over the days following the Healing. Some matters resolve only after other events take place first. The components of the healing process are many and varied. And I wanted to share some of those factors to assist you along your own path of Healing.
Firstly the feeling within the mind and/or body that you are ready to release what is being held onto. This sometimes presents as a physical symptom that is no longer bearable, or feeling as though certain emotions and thoughts are exhaustive and no longer serving you. Often there is an urge of feeling ready; feeling an openness to receiving the Healing, without fear of the transformation that may occur.
That the possibility of improvement and Healing of the mind, body and spirit is likely, rather than unlikely. Feeling as though there is more to life; more meant for you, but not having been able to obtain what that is. Choosing more positive thoughts, and believing that things will improve sets the energy and cellular field to receive Healing and get to work. The mind is a very powerful healing tool
3. ALIGNMENT AND TIMING:
Particular items having occurred or are in place for the Healing to proceed. For example: a physical symptom has surfaced, bringing focus to the underlying root cause. Often, specific changes within the energy or cellular field must take place first in order for the physical body improvement to be accepted by the mind, body and spirit.
4. THE HIGHEST GOOD:
Often, the conscious mind prioritises symptoms to be healed and resolved by what is most intolerable. However, this may not be in the person’s highest good. There can be other variables that may be crucial in building readiness for a larger, underlyingroot-cause to be healed. The Healing energy is self-adjusting, only replenishing what the body is ready to accept at the time, in order to prevent the person from being placed in addition physical distress. This is especially true for acute illnesses.
5. COMMITTMENT TO AFTERCARE:
It is important that we each take responsibility for our own well being. The implementation of aftercare post-healing forms part of the Healing process for the days following the session; by integrating the healing and energy performed in the energy and cellular fields, down into the physical body. If post-care recommendations and prescriptions are not followed, there is a chance the physical body could reject a portion of the Healing. In short, you are placed best when you WANT to get better. Whether it be dietarty changes, pactices to meditate, or be in nature, making the small but necessary chnages insures that your life experiences will also change for the better.
6. FOLLOW YOUR INTUITION:
Attuning to your body and the way you feel is very important, even for daily activities. When you feel tired, go to sleep. When you feel hungry, eat nutritious feed. When you are thirsty, drink water. Our internal intelligence systems are highly advanced and intuitive, and communicate through means of the bofdy and feelings what we are needing specifically. Although we receive millons of messages every day, it is a great benefit to create space to listen and go by feel.
7. TRUST AND SUPPORT:
Finding medical professionals and health practitioners that you are comfortable with and that you feel trust towards is vital in building your team of support and care. Surrounding yourself with friends and family members who love and are there for you, who believe in you and who respect your journey is key in continuing to raise your vibration, keep your energy cleansed and stay uplifted.
As humans, we can only truly be aware of our own wellbeing by how acutely attuned into our own mind, body and spirit and the experiences that occur for us. When a root cause lies beneath what we can see and feel, it is important that we don’t pinch ourselves off from a greater outcome by attaching expected outcomes that may limit the potential for Healing.
We must work within the intricate framework of energy, the seen, the unseen and nature to restore wellness. There is no one solution for all.
